• Lead Capture and Export Flows: Contact, sourcing, and downloadable decision assets delivered through external form handling

3. Public Access Model

3.1 No Public Account System

The public LaserSpecHub deployment does not provide browser-based account registration, saved favorites, private comparison vaults, or an online admin console. Access to public pages, calculators, and guides is open without sign-in.

3.2 Lead and Export Requests

When you submit a contact request or unlock a downloadable asset, you agree to provide accurate business and project information so we can fulfill the request and respond appropriately.

• Do not submit false identities, fake RFQs, or misleading sourcing requirements
• Do not upload or send confidential third-party information you are not authorized to share
• Do not use the export or contact workflows to spam, scrape, or disrupt the Service

4. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate equipment specifications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

Because the public site does not require an account, you may stop using the Service at any time. If you previously submitted personal information through a contact or export workflow, you may request deletion or correction through the contact details listed below.
