Industrial laser marking and engraving systems (fiber, UV, CO2) from Keyence, Trumpf, and Rofin. Compare marking speed, field size, wavelength, and integration options for production lines.
1064nm fiber lasers mark metals and most engineering plastics. 10.6µm CO2 lasers excel on organic materials (wood, leather, acrylic). 355nm UV lasers handle heat-sensitive materials (PCBs, glass, medical polymers) without thermal damage. Choose wavelength based on your primary material type.
Standard field sizes (110×110mm to 300×300mm) suit most part marking. Larger fields reduce resolution due to optical limitations — if you need both large area and fine detail, consider a galvo+XY stage combination for stitched large-area marking.
Use category pages for equipment discovery, then validate power, cutting speed, production time, gas consumption, and per-part cost.
