Accurl Genius 6025 Fiber

The Accurl Genius series delivers high-performance fiber laser cutting with robust construction and advanced automation for demanding industrial applications. Featuring steel frames annealed at over 600°C to relieve stress, these machines ensure long-term dimensional stability and minimal vibration for precise cutting.

Available with IPG or Raycus fiber laser sources from 500W to 30kW, the Genius series offers positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm with repeatability of ±0.01mm. Maximum positioning speeds reach 160 m/min with acceleration up to 3G. Working areas span from 1500×3000mm to 6130×2550mm for large-format applications.

Key features include RayTools or Precitec cutting heads with capacitative sensors, Cypcut or FSCUT CNC control systems with intuitive touchscreen operation, and Lantek or RADAN nesting CAD/CAM software for optimized material usage. Fully enclosed designs with Class IV safety systems ensure operator protection. Processing mild steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, brass, and galvanized materials, the Genius series addresses general fabrication, automotive, aerospace, and structural steel industries.
