The HGTECH MARVEL series represents high-power fiber laser cutting technology from one of China's pioneering laser equipment manufacturers, featuring advanced CNC systems with expert parameter databases for efficient metal processing. Available with fiber laser power from 3kW to 30kW, the MARVEL series addresses demanding industrial cutting applications.

Offering cutting areas from 3000×1500mm to 6000×2200mm, the MARVEL achieves X/Y-axis positioning speeds of 100 mm/s with position accuracy of 0.025mm and cutting speeds up to 60 m/min. The robust construction features double-driven gantry structure, aerospace-grade aluminum-alloy crossbeam, and patented hollow bed design for smooth cutting under heavy loads.

The advanced CNC system includes an expert database for automatic cutting parameter selection, jumping mode for enhanced cutting effectiveness, capacitive height control for quick response, dynamic cornering control for superior corner performance, and fly-piercing function for non-stop thin plate cutting. The high-efficiency cutting head delivers bright surface cutting with collision avoidance, while intelligent systems provide auto-controlling cutting gas, auto-focus, and automatic edge-finding using industrial cameras. The MARVEL Plus series features a dedicated laser source co-developed with Raycus and MES data interface for automation integration. Processing carbon steel to 25mm and stainless to 16mm, the MARVEL serves home appliance, aerospace, automotive, and general metal processing industries.
