The Penta Laser BOLT series represents China's high-end fiber laser cutting technology, featuring ultra-high power configurations up to 85kW and advanced European-developed CNC systems for demanding industrial applications. Available in table sizes from 3×1.5m to 12×2.5m with laser power from 2kW to 85kW, the BOLT series achieves rapid speeds up to 240 m/min, acceleration up to 4G, mechanical accuracy of ±0.03mm/m, and repeatability of ±0.01mm. The modular bed frame design separates high-dynamic motion components from heavy load-bearing structures, ensuring stability for thick plate cutting while maintaining agility for thin materials.

The Smart Manager CNC software integrates real-time parameter adjustment with an advanced cutting database supporting 15 layers of cutting parameters and 25 layers of perforation methods. Key technologies include Superfast+, IQ cutting, intelligent anti-collision, auto drift compensation, camera nesting, and automatic edge detection. The BOLT VII CE series complies with European CE and U.S. UL standards with fully enclosed cutting areas featuring triple safety interlocks.
