The Bodor i5 Bevel series introduces advanced bevel cutting capability to Bodor's fiber laser platform, enabling single-pass weld preparation and complex edge geometries. Featuring a 5-axis cutting head, the i5 processes both flat sheets and 3D contours with bevel angles up to ±45°.

Available with laser power up to 20kW, the i5 Bevel offers working areas up to 4020 format with the precision and dynamics needed for production bevel cutting. The specialized 5-axis head maintains consistent focal position and cutting angle across complex bevel profiles.

Key features include automatic bevel compensation, collision protection, and comprehensive bevel parameter databases. The system supports V-groove, Y-groove, X-groove, and custom bevel profiles programmed through intuitive CAD/CAM software.
