Key features include automatic tube measurement and positioning, pneumatic clamping that adapts to tube geometry, and integrated scrap removal. The control system provides specialized tube programming with comprehensive part libraries. Processing steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, and copper tubes at thicknesses appropriate to laser power, the T230 serves structural fabrication, furniture manufacturing, automotive frame production, and architectural applications requiring precision tube components.
