Available with IPG fiber resonators from 3kW to 30kW, the G3015HF offers a 3050×1525mm cutting area with remarkable acceleration of 2.8G on X and Y axes, maximum axis speed of 200 m/min, positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm, and repeatability of ±0.02mm. The fifth-generation aluminum beam construction reduces weight while increasing torsional resistance for enhanced dynamics.

The Hans 901 Digital control system with 17-inch touchscreen runs on EtherCAT bus architecture, providing fast response and production stability backed by a massive cutting parameter database. Key technologies include Zero-Seconds Piercing for thin materials and Air-supported cutting technique for reduced assist gas consumption. The machine processes mild steel to 20mm, stainless to 12mm, aluminum to 10mm, and copper to 8mm. With video monitoring system, automatic lubrication, stress-relieved unitary frames, and Class 1 FDA certification, the G3015HF represents proven industrial laser cutting capability.
