The Durmazlar HD-F series delivers Turkish engineering excellence in fiber laser cutting, featuring a rigid modular body structure with reinforced close-to-ground frame and special alloy bridge design for maximum stability during high-speed operations. The HD-F series achieves acceleration up to 10 m/s² and speeds up to 100 m/min through its precision rack and pinion motion system with hardened helical racks. Positioning and repeatability accuracy reaches ±0.05mm. The intelligent cutting head features automatic focus adjustment with lens protection system, while D-Mix gas technology optimizes cutting performance on models with 10kW and above laser power.

Key features include automatic nozzle change and centering, angled cutting up to 45°, and integrated scrap conveyors for continuous production. Shuttle table systems enable fast table change times—19 seconds for 3015 series, up to 45 seconds for larger 6020 configurations.
