The Amada VENTIS series introduces revolutionary Locus Beam Control (LBC) technology—a breakthrough that dynamically manipulates the laser beam's locus pattern to achieve performance levels previously impossible with conventional fiber lasers. Unlike traditional systems where energy density decreases with material thickness, LBC maintains optimal cutting efficiency across the entire thickness range.

Powered by Amada's high-brightness single diode module fiber laser (4kW or 6kW), the VENTIS-3015AJ achieves cutting speeds 2-3 times faster than conventional fiber lasers of equivalent power on stainless steel and aluminum. The system offers four distinct operating modes: Productivity Mode for maximum throughput, Quality Mode delivering CO2-comparable surface finish with 50% roughness reduction, Kerf-Control Mode for optimized part removal, and LBC Flash Cut Mode for high-speed precision hole machining.

The 3070×1550mm work area processes mild steel to 25mm, stainless to 20mm, aluminum to 18mm, brass to 10mm, and copper to 8mm—all with virtually burr-free edges that often eliminate secondary deburring operations. With beam parameter product ≤0.9mm·mrad ensuring consistently flawless quality, the VENTIS represents Amada's answer to fabricators demanding both the speed advantages of fiber laser technology and the edge quality of CO2 systems.
