The Durmazlar HD-F series delivers Turkish engineering excellence in fiber laser cutting, featuring a rigid modular body structure with reinforced close-to-ground frame and special alloy bridge design for maximum stability during high-speed operations. As one of Turkey's largest sheet metal machinery manufacturers, Durma combines decades of fabrication expertise with advanced fiber laser technology.

The HD-F series achieves acceleration up to 10 m/s² and speeds up to 100 m/min through its precision rack and pinion motion system with hardened helical racks. Positioning and repeatability accuracy reaches ±0.05mm. The intelligent cutting head features automatic focus adjustment with lens protection system, while D-Mix gas technology optimizes cutting performance on models with 10kW and above laser power.

Key features include automatic nozzle change and centering, angled cutting up to 45°, and integrated scrap conveyors for continuous production. Shuttle table systems enable fast table change times—19 seconds for 3015 series, up to 45 seconds for larger 6020 configurations. The Durma HMI interface provides flexible operator-friendly control, while Durma Cloud and D-Mobile enable remote monitoring, maintenance alerts, and data transfer. Processing mild steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and brass, the HD-F series offers European-quality construction at competitive pricing.
