The innovative Multi-Control Torch automatically monitors piercing and cutting operations, making real-time adjustments or pausing when anomalies are detected to ensure consistent quality and maximum throughput.

Mazak's Intelligent Technology suite includes automatic nozzle changing, auto focus position, focus detection, auto profiler calibration, nozzle cleaning, beam diameter control, pierce detection, plasma detection, and burn detection—reducing operator dependency and enabling unattended production.
