The Phoenix features an advanced optical cutting head with motorized focus position and focus diameter adjustment, autofocus, and real-time monitoring. Models up to 12kW include a variable beam collimator that expands or decreases the focal spot for optimal energy density across different material thicknesses. Cutting speeds up to 2.5 times faster than 10kW systems are achievable with the 20kW configuration when processing steel, stainless, and aluminum with nitrogen.

Sheet format options range from 3050×1525mm to large-format 6400×2500mm configurations for heavy-duty requirements. The intuitive 19-inch Touch-L control provides user-friendly operation with integrated Siemens drive system for precise contour reproduction at high speeds. Automation-ready design supports automatic shuttle tables, Load-Assist, Tower Automation, and Warehouse systems for unmanned "lights out" production. Compatible with LVD's CADMAN software suite for seamless programming and data management, the Phoenix FL combines European precision with production-focused design.
