Work Area3000 × 1500 mm
Estimated Price Range$180000-260000
Primary Applicationcutting

The ESAB Eagle Fiber iNspire series delivers ultra-high-performance fiber laser cutting featuring linear motors on all axes and carbon fiber bridge construction for maximum dynamics. With cutting speeds up to 150 m/min, positioning speeds up to 350 m/min, and acceleration up to 6G, the Eagle represents the pinnacle of high-speed fiber laser technology.

Available with fiber laser power from 1kW to 40kW, the iNspire series offers working areas from 1530 to 2040 format with repeatability of 0.03mm and cutting precision of 0.05mm. The lightweight carbon fiber traverse minimizes inertia for exceptional acceleration performance.

The eVa cutting head is designed specifically for high-dynamic applications, while the superfast pallet changer minimizes non-productive time. The rigid composite base provides stability despite the extreme dynamics. Processing mild steel, stainless, and aluminum at high speeds appropriate to laser power, the Eagle iNspire series addresses automotive, aerospace, and high-volume job shops requiring maximum productivity from their fiber laser investment.
