Available with fiber laser power from 1kW to 20kW, the FiberBlade V offers working areas from 3000×1500mm to 6000×2500mm with cutting thickness capability from 0.5mm to 35mm. Positioning speeds reach 169 m/min with acceleration up to 2.5G, while positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm/m and repeatability of ±0.01mm/m ensure consistent quality. Machine motion accuracy of ±0.002" over a 6×10ft area is verified by laser interferometer.

The Global Connect CNC control with 24-inch touchscreen integrates OmniFab Software and Windows-based operation with embedded cutting database. Key features include dual-tray shuttle tables for continuous production, integrated self-cleaning Slagger table for easy slag and small part removal, auto-focus optics, auto gas pressure adjustment, automatic nozzle cleaning, and laser beveling up to 50°. IoT compatibility enables remote monitoring and predictive maintenance. Processing mild steel, stainless, and aluminum, the FiberBlade serves heavy fabrication and structural steel industries.
