The DNE Laser D-SOAR series delivers high-precision fiber laser cutting developed in collaboration with Bystronic AG of Switzerland, combining European engineering standards with competitive pricing. The robust machine structure features embedded V-groove welding and stiffeners for enhanced stability, while aviation-grade aluminum crossbeams with CNC high-temperature annealing prevent deformation.

Available with laser power from 3kW to 30kW, the D-SOAR offers working areas from 5'×10' to 8'×20' with bilateral repeatability of 0.0008" and average position deviation of ±0.002". Maximum positioning speeds reach 262 ft/min (parallel axis) with repositioning accuracy of ±0.02mm.

The By-Power cutting head includes intelligent sensors, automatic cleaning, real-time mobile monitoring, and autofocus with optimized heat management. Key features include CE-compliant closed protective structure, collision avoidance, intelligent breakthrough functions, independent dust extraction with precision temperature/humidity control, and bevel cutting capability from 1° to ±45°. Processing steel to 80mm (30kW), stainless to 80mm, aluminum to 50mm, and copper to 40mm, the D-SOAR series addresses heavy fabrication, structural steel, and shipbuilding industries. UL and FDA certification ensures North American compliance.
